Horizon Choir 合唱團條款與細則（加州）

​

歡迎加入 Horizon Choir！我們很榮幸能與您一同分享音樂、友情與喜悅。以下條款旨在建立清楚、尊重與和諧的參與環境，讓每位成員都能安心投入。

一、會員參與

  • 會員資格開放給支持合唱團使命並願意遵守排練時間、演出承諾與社群守則的個人。

  • 成員應定期參加排練，若需請假請提前告知，並共同維護積極、包容的氛圍。

  • 合唱團保留調整排練時間、地點與曲目的權利。

二、費用與繳款

  • 會員費與演出門票收入將用於合唱團營運，除非另有書面說明，否則恕不退款。

  • 所有款項須透過指定管道繳交，除非事先安排，否則不接受現金。

  • 若有財務困難，可提出申請，經合唱團理事會審核後酌情提供協助。

三、演出參與

  • 成員須符合出席與準備要求，方可參與演出。

  • 合唱團將依音樂準備度與聲部平衡，決定最終演出名單。

  • 演出服裝規範將提前公告，請成員配合遵守。

四、門票與出席

  • 所有門票銷售皆為最終交易。 若因個人因素無法出席，恕不退款。

  • 若需轉讓門票，請於演出前至少48小時聯繫我們，我們將盡力協助。

  • 若因不可抗力（如場地關閉或公共安全考量）導致演出取消，持票人將獲得改期演出或未來活動之抵用額度。

五、行為守則

  • 我們致力於打造安全、尊重與包容的空間。任何歧視、騷擾或干擾行為將不被接受。

  • 成員與觀眾須遵守場地規定與合唱團政策。

  • 若有違反條款之行為，合唱團保留暫停或終止會員資格的權利。

六、媒體與影像使用

  • 參與合唱團活動即表示您同意我們使用活動照片、影片與錄音作為宣傳與紀錄用途，除非您事先以書面方式提出不願意。

  • 所有媒體素材將以尊重與欣賞的態度使用，展現我們共同的音樂旅程。

七、法律聲明

  • Horizon Choir 為加州註冊之非營利組織，遵守所有相關法律。

  • 參與合唱團活動屬自願性質，合唱團不對活動期間可能發生之人身傷害、財物損失或其他意外負責。

  • 條款如有更新，將透過電子郵件。

Horizon Choir Terms and Conditions (California)

Welcome to Horizon Choir! We’re honored to share music, fellowship, and joy with you. These terms are intended to foster clarity, respect, and harmony in all aspects of our choir experience.

1. Membership Participation

  • Membership is open to individuals who support the choir’s mission and agree to abide by rehearsal schedules, performance commitments, and community guidelines.

  • Members are expected to attend rehearsals regularly, communicate absences in advance, and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment.

  • Horizon Choir reserves the right to adjust rehearsal times, locations, and repertoire as needed.

2. Fees and Contributions

  • Membership dues and performance ticket fees help sustain our operations and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • All payments must be made through approved channels. Horizon Choir does not accept cash unless specifically arranged.

  • Financial assistance may be available upon request and subject to board approval.

3. Performance Participation

  • Members must meet attendance and preparation requirements to perform in concerts.

  • Horizon Choir reserves the right to determine final performance rosters based on musical readiness and ensemble balance.

  • Performance attire guidelines will be provided in advance and must be followed respectfully.

4. Ticketing and Attendance

  • All ticket sales are final. Transfers may be permitted with advance notice.

  • Horizon Choir is not responsible for personal scheduling conflicts or missed performances.

  • In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be offered a rescheduled date or credit toward a future event.

5. Code of Conduct

  • We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Members and guests agree to follow venue rules and choir policies during all events and rehearsals.

  • Horizon Choir reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for violations of these terms.

6. Media and Recordings

  • By participating in Horizon Choir events, you grant permission for photos, videos, and audio recordings to be used for promotional and archival purposes unless you opt out in writing.

  • Media will be used with care and respect to celebrate our shared musical journey.

7. Liability and Legal Notice

  • Horizon Choir is a nonprofit organization registered in California and complies with all applicable state laws.

  • Participation in choir activities is voluntary. Horizon Choir is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during events or rehearsals.

  • These terms are subject to change. Updates will be communicated via email.
