Horizon Choir 退款政策與法律聲明（加州）

親愛的合唱團成員與觀眾朋友們，
感謝您對 Horizon Choir 的支持與參與。我們致力於為社區帶來溫暖動人的音樂體驗，以下是我們的退款政策與法律聲明，旨在提供清楚透明的資訊，讓大家安心參與。

會員費用

  • 會員費用將用於支持合唱團的日常運作，包括排練場地、樂譜與行政支出，因此一經繳交，恕不退款。

  • 會員資格僅限於指定期間，無法轉讓。

  • 若因個人因素無法繼續參與，我們誠摯理解，但無法提供部分退款或費用折抵。

演出門票

  • 所有門票銷售皆為最終交易。 若因個人行程變動或其他原因無法出席，恕無法辦理退款。

  • 若您希望將門票轉讓給親友，請於演出前至少48小時與我們聯繫，我們將盡力協助。

  • 若因不可抗力（如場地關閉或公共安全考量）導致演出取消，我們將提供：

  • 改期演出（如適用），或

  • 未來演出之抵用額度。

  • Horizon Choir 為加州註冊之非營利組織，遵守所有相關法律，包括慈善募款與消費者保護規定。

  • 根據加州《商業與職業法》第17538條，我們提供清楚明確的退款政策，讓您安心參與。

  • 合唱團保留調整演出日期、場地、曲目與參與藝術家之權利，恕不另行通知。

  • 購票或繳交會員費即表示您同意遵守合唱團相關政策與場地規範。

  • 活動期間請留意自身安全，合唱團無法對個人財物損失或意外事件負責。

 

Horizon Choir Refund Policy & Legal Disclaimer (California)

Membership Dues

  • All membership payments are non-refundable. Dues support rehearsal space, sheet music, and administrative costs essential to choir operations.

  • Membership is valid for the designated term and is not transferable.

  • Withdrawal, absence, or inability to participate does not entitle members to partial refunds or credits.

Performance Tickets

  • All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for missed performances, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.

  • Tickets may be transferred to another individual with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to approval by Horizon Choir’s administrative team.

  • If a performance is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue closure, public health emergency), ticket holders will be offered:

  • A rescheduled date (if applicable), or

  • A credit toward a future performance.

California Compliance Notice

  • Horizon Choir is a nonprofit organization registered in California. We comply with all applicable state laws regarding charitable solicitation and consumer protection.

  • Under California law, purchasers have the right to clear and accurate refund policies. This policy is provided in accordance with California Business and Professions Code §17538 and related statutes.

Legal Disclaimer

  • Horizon Choir reserves the right to modify performance dates, venues, repertoire, and participating artists without prior notice.

  • By purchasing a ticket or paying membership dues, you agree to abide by all choir policies and venue regulations.

  • Horizon Choir is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during choir events or performances.
